An important ingredient for proper hair and nail growth is biotin. It has an extremely important function in the construction and regeneration of hair. However, hair needs other macro and microelements that biotin alone does not provide.

Common nettle - 60mg
L-cysteina - 40mg
L-metionina - 40mg
L-arginina - 30mg
L-lizyna - 30mg

Biotin - 50µg
Selenium - 27,5µg
Zink - an essential ingredient for healthy hair, skin and nails. Daily diet often does not provide the minimum of this ingredient, which is 5mg per day, and optimally 15mg.
Selenium - plays an extremely important role in the body. First of all, it is needed for the proper functioning of enzymes, protection of cells from free radicals or toxins, which have a destructive effect on hair follicles.
The supplement is also enriched with amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of proteins. Amino acids take an active part in the process of keratinization, which, by the way, translates not only into improving the condition of the hair, but also of the skin.
Methionine- regulates keratinization (a.k.a. keratinization), i.e. the production of the epidermis, hair and nails..
Cysteine - can save even very damaged hair by restoring their density and healthy shine. It promotes their growth, but importantly, reduces excessive hair loss.
Arganine - promotes the penetration of active ingredients into the skin, gives hair more volume and fluffiness.
Lysine - plays a very important role in maintaining the proper condition of hair. It participates in the production of collagen, provides essential amino acids that nourish our hair follicles, affecting their proper growth and recovery.
