1. How do I make purchases?

2. How long will my order take to process?

3. Can I return the purchased goods?

4. I want to make a purchase. Do I need to have an account with Fiberspa?

You do not need an account to shop at fiberspa.com. Having an account, however, comes with greater shopping convenience and many additional benefits. For more details, visit: "Loyalty Program".

5. Is it possible to pick up the ordered products in person?

Yes. Every order can be picked up in person at our showroom during business hours. For more information, please visit the page: "showroom".

6. What are the costs of package delivery?

7. What are the forms of payment available at our fiberspa.com store?

We offer you the following forms of payment:

8. I made a mistake in my order. Can I make a correction?

Yes. In this situation, please contact the administration of the store as soon as possible, preferably by email.

9. What is the refund period for returned goods?

We will transfer the payment for the returned goods within 5 business days from the date of approval of the return.

10. What are the opening hours of the Customer Service Office?

We work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

11. For what purpose is my personal information used?

Any information collected will be used only for the proper execution of the transaction, delivery of goods to the indicated address and to improve the quality of our services. We will send a Newsletter to the e-mail address you provided during the purchase if you agree to it. You can also unsubscribe from it at any time.

12. Can I make a request to change my personal information and how?

In accordance with the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883, as amended, you have the right to inspect your data and the ability to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request deletion.

You can change your personal data yourself after logging in under the tab: "Your Data".

Alternatively, you can write an e-mail to: info@fiberspa.com and ask for an appropriate change.

13. I can't log in. What to do?

Please make sure that the e-mail address in the login field and the password are entered correctly. It is worth paying attention to the case of the letters, as well as to the pressed "caps lock" key on the computer keyboard.

If you do not remember your password, please click the "remind password" command. You will then see a message asking you to enter your e-mail address, to which we will send your password.

14. Can I change the password to my account?

Yes. To do this, log in and go to the tab: "Change password".
