This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the online store available at www.fiberspa.com. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Before using www.fiberspa.com, the Buyer should read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of Buyers' personal data.
DATA CONTROLLER
1. The administrator of the personal data ("Data") of the users of the online store available at www.fiberspa.com Salmax s.c. Marcin Pańczyk, Katarzyna Pańczyk based in Poland, Wyry ul. Puszkina 25, NIP: 635-177-45-23, REGON: 240789190 (hereinafter "Administrator").
DATA COLLECTED
2. The Buyer shall provide Data in the registration form and in the order form. The Data collected includes information such as the Buyer's name, email address, telephone, Tax ID, company name and home address, as well as delivery address.
PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
3. The data shall be processed for the purpose of performance of the Agreement concluded between each Buyer and the Administrator within the scope of activity of the online store www.fiberspa.com. Data processing includes:
- contact with Buyers (by phone, email and traditional correspondence),
- bookkeeping,
- processing of the placed order,
- handling received complaints and requests,
- providing account maintenance and resolving technical problems,
- providing payment services,
- storing data in cookies,
- organization of loyalty programs,
- storing data for archiving purposes.
In addition, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. Data will not be processed for marketing and advertising purposes.
IS IT MANDATORY TO PROVIDE THE DATA?
Provision of Data is voluntary, but failure to provide such Data in the Registration process prevents Registration, and failure to provide such Data in the Order process prevents Order execution.
We require the Buyer to provide the following Data in order to be able to conclude and execute the Contract: e-mail address and password, first and last name, residence and delivery address, telephone number, tax ID number, if any, and company name and address.
If for some reason the Buyer does not provide the above Data, unfortunately we will not be able to conclude the Contract with the Buyer, and consequently the Buyer will not be able to make a purchase in our store www.fiberspa.com.
RIGHTS OF THE BUYER IN THE FIELD OF DATA PROCESSING
5. The Buyer has the right to access the content of the Data, to rectify, update, limit its processing, the right to its portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of the Data. The Administrator also provides Buyers with the ability to delete Data from the Data Set. The Administrator may refuse to delete the Data if the Buyer has not paid all amounts due to the Administrator or has violated the Regulations or applicable laws, and the preservation of the Data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Buyer's responsibility.
The Buyer has the right to file a complaint in connection with our processing of the Data to the supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector of Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
We will process the Buyer's Data until the Buyer withdraws his/her consent to its processing. The Buyer may withdraw his consent at any time in the manner in which he gave it.
DATA PROTECTION
6. The Administrator shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed Data, and in particular shall protect the Data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of the law, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
Only persons with authorization granted by the Administrator are allowed to process.
OTHER PROVISIONS
7. We share Buyers' Data with entities that support us in providing electronic services, i.e. those that provide payment services or support www.fiberspa.com users. Authorized users of Buyers' Data will also be entities cooperating with the www.fiberspa.com store in the shipment of goods, in particular transport companies providing delivery services.
The Administrator has never and will not in the future share Buyers' Data for purposes other than those related to order fulfillment.
The Data may be made available to entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. The Administrator shall transfer the collected Buyers' Data to state administration authorities, law enforcement agencies and judicial bodies at their express request and only in cases specified by law.
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Any person using www.fiberspa.com in any way is bound by the current version of the Privacy Policy.
