2. The offered products are brand new and free from physical defects.

PLACING AND PROCESSING ORDERS

3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.

3. The order can be made:
- via the Internet by placing an order through the website www.hairspace.pl
- by phone by calling: 32 323 04 77; 32 323 05 94; 721 620 536 lub 502 365 567
- by e-mail, sending it to: info@fiberspa.com

To properly place an order, you must provide:

• first and last name
• shipping address
• color and type of cosmetic
• quantity of ordered pieces
• contact phone
• e-mail address

4. Provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary. If the form is filled out incorrectly or insufficiently, the Seller will make every effort to contact the Customer to confirm the offer. If the offer cannot be confirmed within 5 working days due to inability to contact the Client, the Seller's offer is not binding.

5. We send parcels daily via the postal service and UPS, DPD couriers. Parcels are sent by priority mail and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. However, sometimes there are delays of several days in the delivery of parcels. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

6. We also ship our cosmetics abroad. For overseas orders, payment on delivery is not possible. You can pay your order by bank transfer or credit card. When paying by wire transfer, in addition to our account number, you will most likely need our bank address and BIC (SWIFT) - the international bank code.

In Europe, we deliver packages in about 3 working days. Outside Europe, parcels arrive in 3 to 10 working days.

PAYMENT

7. There are several ways to pay for cosmetics:

- payment on delivery (Delivery to Poland)
- payment by bank transfer
- payment by credit card
- via DotPay or Przelewy24 fast payments.

8. Orders with payment on delivery received by 3:00 pm are processed the same working day. Orders received after 3:00 pm are processed the next business day. Orders with payment by wire transfer are processed after the payment is credited to our account. Usually the transfer reaches us within 24 hours.

9. The operator of payment cards is PayPro SA Settlement Agent, 15 Kanclerska Street, 60-327 Poznan, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

10. Upon receipt of the shipment should check whether it is not damaged. If it is, please do not accept it. In this case, please inform the letter carrier about this damage, and then contact us. After we receive the damaged shipment, a reshipment of the goods will be made.

11 Any person has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason. The return is possible if the goods are returned in unaltered condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The exception is goods with which it is clearly written that they can also be returned to us after use. In this case, there must be at least 3/4 of the contents in the returned product. We will send the money back by wire transfer, to the indicated bank account up to 5 working days from the day we receive the return. Complaints can be submitted by mail through the Polish Post by sending it to the address given in the first paragraph of the regulations or directly to our showroom at the same address. Complaints will be processed within 5 business days.


GDPR OBLIGATIONS & DATA PROTECTION

12. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. firm. Salmax s.c. undertakes to protect personal data. The data is collected only for the purpose of processing orders and is not provided to third parties. THE FINAL REGULATIONS

13. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Rights Act of 30.05.2014.
