Perfect eyelashes
Eyelashes are the main ornament of the eyes, they are the focal point of the face and enhance beauty. Long and thick eyelashes are the dream of many women, so it's no surprise that one of the most popular treatments in the beauty industry is eyelash extensions. However, there are several ways we can do to naturally grow our own eyelashes.
Find the right mascara
Approach your mascara choice as seriously as you would your face moisturiser and look for a mascara that is conditioning and not waterproof in formula. Change your mascara every three to six months.
Combing your lashes
It's something we don't think about much, but the simple act of brushing your lashes can make a difference to both their health and appearance. Brushing helps to keep them strong and prevents breakage by gently spreading natural conditioning oils on your lashes and breaking up any clumps.
Castor oil
Although castor oil has been both praised and criticised for its effectiveness, one thing is certain: it helps moisturise lashes, making them thicker and fuller. No wonder, then, that it is one of the most common ingredients in popular eyelash conditioners. At the same time, castor oil is versatile enough to be used in all kinds of beauty rituals - from massage to aromatherapy, for hair growth and skin softening.
Ditch the eyelash
Stop using it. Curlers weaken lashes and can cause breakage. Also, think about taking breaks from your make-up from time to time and change your mascara every three to six months.

Always remove make-up
This is absolutely key to maintaining healthy lashes. Find a gentle make-up remover or a foam designed to wash lashes with the correct pH 6-7 to remove even stubborn waterproof mascara.
A foam wash will not irritate your eyes and will nourish your lashes with vitamins. It's also incredibly effective and will help you to be sure you've gotten rid of all your make-up.
Wash your lashes gently and slowly. Be careful not to scrub them. Makeup that stays on overnight increases the risk of clumping and can cause your lashes to fall out, so take a few extra minutes and save your lashes by removing your makeup every night
Choose the right diet
You can also help your eyelashes to grow by improving your diet. Supplements such as silica and biotin help hair growth, as well as affecting skin and nails. Protein-rich foods such as eggs and millet, as well as foods containing vitamins A, C and E are also very helpful.
