How do you prepare dried nettle herbs?
Surely you often come across growing nettles on your walks. This plant is considered a weed precisely because it spreads quickly and is difficult to weed out.
Start by collecting nettle stems with leaves. It is best to collect this plant in meadows, far from busy streets. Like almost every plant, nettle absorbs lead, which is at least present in exhaust fumes. Leaves collected from a small lawn next to a busy street may be loaded with this harmful element. And that is not the point.
It is best to pick nettle in April and May, when the leaves are still young, before the plant flowers. It is the young plants that contain the most nutrients.
Take the nettle home and wash the harvest. Spread the plants out on paper in such a way that the leaves do not touch each other, so that they are not stuck together. Leave the nettle to dry. A dry, airy place is ideal for this. The dried nettle should be green, not brown.
Such dried nettle can be drunk as a tea. Nettle tea for hair - that sounds good! . Besides, such a drink also has a beneficial effect on the skin and nails. And how not to fall in love with nettle.

After washing your hair with the rinse, wrap it in a towel for 10 minutes. Then comb your hair and blow-dry / style as usual. Important - do not rinse out the rinse after removing the towel. There is absolutely no need to do so.
